This is a live cohort experience. You'll receive The Return workbook, then gather weekly with your sisterhood on Zoom, moving through each stage together.
Across nine weeks, you'll move through six stages: Wound, naming the original story, the moment self-abandonment first felt like the safer choice, awakening, recognizing the pattern for what it is, and beginning to separate who you are from what you learned to survive.
Reclamation - taking back the parts of yourself you gave away to be loved, accepted, or kept safe.
Integration - bringing that reclaimed truth into your body, your relationships, your daily life. Embodiment - living from wholeness as a felt reality, not just an idea you understand intellectually.
Expansion - carrying this truth forward into how you lead your life and the people around you.
