How We Begin

Every session begins in sacred stillness.

​

Before we touch the work, we call forth Christ Consciousness — the divine awareness already living within you — to move in me, and to move in you.

​

Because I am not the healer. God is the healer, moving through me. My work is to awaken you — to remind you of the power you have always possessed. And once you awaken to your Divinity, to your God-self, you become your own healer — restored to wholeness through the Remembrance of your own Divinity.

I simply hold the space, move the energy, and remind you of what was always yours.

What This Is

Goddess Power is private, one-on-one coaching for the Rising Goddess who is ready to stop circling her truth and begin living it — fully, deeply, and unapologetically.

This is not a fixed program. It's personal support, available whenever you're ready to go deeper — shaped entirely around you, your pace, and what your soul is asking for right now.

There is a difference between knowing your worth and actually living from it. Between understanding that you are divine and feeling that power move through your body in real time. That is what personal coaching does that nothing else can — you are the entire focus.

Unconditional Self-Love Activation — dissolving the patterns that taught you to abandon yourself, and anchoring the love that was always yours to claim.

Deep Emotional Activation — moving through the emotional layers that have kept you performing, shrinking, and repeating, so your body finally exhales into truth.

Divinity Remembrance — returning to the sacred knowing that you were never broken, never lost, and never less than whole.

Depending on what you need, our work may also move through Reiki, hypnotherapy, chakra balancing, nervous system healing, breathwork, and meditation — the sacred tools I use to reach what the mind alone cannot. And in every session, I give you tools to continue at home, so you are never dependent on me — you are empowered to heal yourself.
