These Terms & Conditions govern your use of agoddesslove.com and your participation in or purchase of services, programs, courses, digital resources, communities, and other offerings made available through the Academy.

By accessing this website, making a purchase, enrolling in a program, or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

Please read these Terms carefully before using the website or purchasing an offering.

1. About AGoddess Love Global Ascension Academy

AGoddesslove.com is the official website of AGoddess Love Global Ascension Academy, founded by AGoddess Love.

The Academy provides spiritual education, Remembrance Coaching™, courses, sacred experiences, conscious-living education, digital resources, communities, and related services centered around:

Our work may incorporate spiritual teachings, coaching practices, prayer, meditation, breathwork, Reiki, hypnotherapy, chakra balancing, energy work, conscious-eating education, journaling, reflection, and other personal-development and holistic practices where appropriate.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into an agreement to purchase or enroll in our adult services and programs.

Unless otherwise specifically stated, our coaching services and adult programs are intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old.

Programs specifically designed for children or minors may have separate enrollment requirements, parental or guardian consent requirements, policies, and terms.

3. Nature of Our Services

AGoddess Love Global Ascension Academy provides educational, spiritual, coaching, personal-development, and holistic wellness experiences.

Depending on the offering, services may include:

4. Spiritual & Educational Disclaimer

The teachings of AGoddess Love Global Ascension Academy may explore spirituality, remembrance, Divinity, prayer, meditation, manifestation, energy, chakras, Twin Flames, spiritual awakening, Divine Feminine and Divine Masculine principles, consciousness, sovereignty, embodiment, and other spiritual or philosophical concepts.

These teachings are provided for spiritual exploration, education, reflection, and personal development.

Spiritual beliefs and experiences are personal and may be understood or experienced differently by each individual.

We do not guarantee spiritual experiences, manifestations, relationship outcomes, energetic outcomes, awakenings, transformations, or any particular result from participating in our teachings or practices.

You remain responsible for deciding which teachings, beliefs, practices, and interpretations are appropriate for you.

5. Coaching Disclaimer

Coaching is a collaborative educational and personal-development relationship.

Remembrance Coaching™ and other coaching services provided by the Academy are intended to support reflection, awareness, self-love, personal growth, remembrance, embodiment, and conscious decision-making.

Coaching is not psychotherapy, psychiatric treatment, medical treatment, legal advice, financial advice, or another licensed professional service unless expressly stated otherwise.

AGoddess Love does not diagnose or treat mental-health disorders through coaching.

You remain responsible for your decisions, actions, wellbeing, and results.

When circumstances require medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, or other licensed professional assistance, you should seek an appropriately qualified professional.

6. Health, Wellness & Conscious Eating Disclaimer

Information concerning conscious eating, raw or living foods, fasting, nourishment, holistic wellness, movement, lifestyle practices, herbs, natural products, or related subjects is provided for general educational and personal-development purposes.

It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease and is not a substitute for individualized medical care or nutrition advice from an appropriately licensed professional.

You are responsible for considering your individual health circumstances before making significant dietary, fasting, exercise, supplement, or lifestyle changes.

If you have a medical condition, take medication, are pregnant or nursing, have a history of disordered eating, or have other health concerns, consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional before making significant changes to your diet, fasting practices, supplements, or wellness routine.

Individual experiences and results vary.

7. Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy offered through the Academy is intended as a complementary personal-development and wellness practice.

It is not a substitute for medical, psychiatric, or psychological diagnosis or treatment.

Individual responses to hypnotherapy vary, and no specific outcome is guaranteed.

You remain conscious of your own choices and are responsible for determining whether participation is appropriate for you.

Where a concern falls outside the appropriate scope of our services, we may recommend that you seek support from an appropriately licensed healthcare or mental-health professional.

8. Reiki, Energy Work & Chakra Practices

Reiki, chakra balancing, energy clearing, and related practices are offered as complementary spiritual and wellness practices.

They are not medical diagnosis or treatment and are not substitutes for medical or mental-health care.

Experiences with energy-based or spiritual practices are subjective and may differ significantly between individuals.

No particular physical, emotional, energetic, spiritual, or other result is guaranteed.

9. No Guaranteed Outcomes

Your experience with coaching, courses, spiritual teachings, hypnotherapy, Reiki, conscious-living practices, programs, or other Academy offerings will depend on many individual factors.

We do not guarantee:

Specific personal transformations
Financial outcomes
Relationship outcomes
Twin Flame reunion or reconciliation
Manifestation of a particular desire
Physical or health outcomes
Hair-growth outcomes
Emotional or spiritual outcomes
Completion of an awakening process
Results within a particular period of time

Your participation, choices, actions, circumstances, and experience remain individual to you.

10. Coaching Sessions & Appointments

Please arrive for scheduled sessions at the agreed time.

Unless different terms are provided when booking, appointments should be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours before the scheduled session.

Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice or missed without notice may be considered used and may not be eligible for refund or replacement.

We understand that genuine emergencies can occur and may consider exceptional circumstances individually.

Repeated missed appointments or scheduling issues may result in changes to or termination of services.

11. Respectful Conduct

Our services and communities are intended to provide respectful spaces for learning, reflection, personal growth, and spiritual exploration.

Participants agree to communicate respectfully with AGoddess Love, Academy team members, facilitators, and other participants.

Threatening, abusive, harassing, discriminatory, intentionally disruptive, or otherwise inappropriate behavior may result in termination of a session or removal from a program or community.

When appropriate and legally permitted, access may be terminated without refund when removal results from a serious or repeated violation of these Terms or applicable community standards.

12. Privacy & Coaching Information

We respect the personal nature of information shared during private coaching and related services.

We take reasonable steps to protect information you provide and handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

However, coaching services should not be understood as creating the same legally protected confidentiality relationship that may apply between a patient and a licensed physician, psychotherapist, attorney, or other regulated professional.

Information may be disclosed when required by law, when reasonably necessary to protect legal rights or safety, when you authorize disclosure, or as otherwise described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Courses, Programs & Sacred Journeys

Each Academy course, cohort, mentorship, Sacred Journey, certification pathway, gathering, or other program may have additional terms specific to that offering.

These may include:

Program dates
Live-session schedules
Payment-plan schedules
Attendance expectations
Access periods
Community participation requirements
Materials provided
Completion requirements
Certification requirements
Cancellation or refund provisions

When specific program terms are presented before enrollment, those terms form part of your agreement with us.

If a program-specific term directly conflicts with these general Terms, the more specific program term will control for that particular offering to the extent of the conflict.

14. Payments & Payment Plans

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

By completing a purchase, you authorize the applicable payment processor to charge the amount shown at checkout.

If you choose a payment plan, you agree to the payment schedule disclosed before enrollment.

A payment plan divides the purchase price into installments; it is not a pay-as-you-attend arrangement unless the specific offering expressly states otherwise.

Unless the applicable program terms state differently, withdrawing from or failing to participate in a program does not automatically cancel an agreed payment obligation.

If a scheduled payment fails, we may temporarily suspend access while the account is brought current.

Any collection activity will be conducted only as permitted by applicable law.

15. Refunds & Cancellations

Refund and cancellation terms may differ depending on the type of offering.

The applicable refund or cancellation terms will be disclosed on the relevant sales, checkout, booking, enrollment, or program page where appropriate.

Digital Products

Because downloadable digital products may be made available immediately after purchase, sales of downloaded or accessed digital products are generally final unless otherwise required by law.

Coaching Sessions

Individual coaching-session cancellations are governed by the appointment policy described above and any additional terms disclosed when booking.

Courses & Programs

Courses, cohorts, mentorships, Sacred Journeys, certification programs, and other multi-session experiences may have their own refund and withdrawal policies.

Please review the specific terms presented before enrolling.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to eliminate a refund, cancellation, or other consumer right that cannot legally be waived.

16. Digital Materials & Personal Use

Digital resources purchased or received through the Academy—including workbooks, journals, recordings, PDFs, exercises, meditations, course materials, facilitator resources, and other downloads—are provided for your personal use unless written permission or a separate license expressly allows another use.

You may not:

Share purchased login credentials
Upload Academy materials to public websites or file-sharing services
Resell or redistribute Academy materials
Reproduce materials for commercial use
Teach, certify, license, or facilitate Academy curriculum as your own without authorization
Remove copyright, trademark, or ownership notices

17. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, original content created and provided by AGoddess Love Global Ascension Academy and AGoddess Love—including written teachings, curricula, course materials, workbooks, journals, videos, audio recordings, graphics, logos, program structures, original exercises, and other creative materials—is owned by or licensed to the Academy or AGoddess Love and is protected by applicable intellectual-property law.

This includes original materials associated with Academy bodies of work such as:

The Remembrance Method™
Ascension System™
The Return™
I AM Whole™
The Crowned Woman™
Raw Remembrance™
Sacred Oasis™
Restore Your Crown™

and other Academy programs, curricula, frameworks, materials, and branded offerings.

Use of the ™ symbol identifies names or phrases we claim and use as trademarks or brand identifiers. It does not necessarily mean that a mark is federally registered.

Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of Academy intellectual property.

18. Facilitator & Certification Materials

Participation in an Academy facilitator or certification pathway does not automatically transfer ownership of Academy intellectual property.

Any permission to teach, facilitate, reproduce, distribute, or use proprietary Academy curriculum or branding will be governed by the separate license, certification, facilitator, or other written agreement associated with that program.

Certification, when offered, confirms completion of the requirements established by the Academy. It does not represent a government license or regulated professional credential unless expressly stated.

19. Community Standards

Participants in Academy groups, courses, circles, communities, or other shared spaces agree to:

Treat other participants with dignity and respect
Respect the privacy of other participants
Avoid sharing another participant's personal story outside the community without permission
Refrain from harassment, bullying, discrimination, or threatening behavior
Avoid spam and unauthorized solicitation
Respect intellectual-property rights
Avoid recording private group sessions unless expressly permitted
Follow additional community guidelines provided for a particular space

While we ask participants to honor confidentiality, we cannot guarantee that another participant will maintain the confidentiality of information voluntarily shared in a group environment.

Please use discretion when sharing deeply personal information in group spaces.

20. Testimonials, Reviews & Individual Experiences

Testimonials and client stories represent the genuine experiences of the individuals who provide them, where presented as such.

Individual experiences vary.

Testimonials should not be interpreted as guarantees that another person will experience the same result.

We will not knowingly use testimonials to make claims that we could not lawfully make directly.

Where required, material relationships connected to testimonials, endorsements, or promotions will be disclosed.

Nothing in these Terms prevents a customer or participant from providing an honest review or expressing an honest opinion about their experience.

21. Website Content

We make reasonable efforts to provide useful and accurate information, but educational, spiritual, lifestyle, and other website content may evolve over time.

We do not warrant that every piece of website content will always be complete, current, error-free, or appropriate for every individual circumstance.

You are responsible for determining how and whether to apply general information to your own circumstances.

Our website and services may use or link to third-party platforms for functions such as payments, scheduling, video hosting, social media, communication, or course delivery.

We do not control the independent terms, privacy practices, availability, or content of third-party services.

We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or update portions of the website or particular offerings from time to time.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the website or third-party services.

When a paid service is materially affected by a change within our control, we will make reasonable efforts to provide an appropriate solution consistent with the circumstances and applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AGoddess Love Global Ascension Academy and AGoddess Love will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising from or related to use of the website or services.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability arising from a particular paid product or service will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

Before beginning formal legal proceedings, we encourage both parties to make a reasonable good-faith effort to resolve the dispute directly.

Nothing in these Terms prevents either party from exercising rights or remedies available under applicable law.

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our offerings, business practices, technology, or legal requirements.
