4.2 Session Conduct
​

All coaching and healing sessions are conducted in a spirit of respect, safety, and mutual care. Any abusive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior during sessions will result in immediate termination of the session and services without refund.

4.3 Confidentiality
​

Information shared during private coaching sessions is held in strict confidence. AGoddess Love will not share your personal information with third parties except as required by law or to protect the safety of any individual.

 

5. Digital Products & Programs
​

All digital products — including eBooks, journals, challenges, courses, and membership access — are delivered electronically. By purchasing, you agree to the following:

  • Digital products are for your personal use only and may not be shared, resold, or redistributed

  • Unauthorized sharing, reproduction, or distribution of digital content is a violation of copyright law

  • Access to programs and memberships may be revoked for violation of these terms

  • Due to the instant delivery nature of digital products, all sales are final (see Refund Policy below)

 

6. Physical Products

AGoddess Love offers natural hair care and holistic wellness products. By purchasing physical products, you agree that:

  • Product descriptions are provided for informational purposes and individual results may vary

  • You will review all ingredients before purchase if you have known allergies or sensitivities

  • Any adverse reactions should be reported immediately and use should be discontinued

 

7. Payment & Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. By completing a purchase, you authorize the transaction amount for the selected product or service. We use secure, third-party payment processors and do not store your full payment card information on our servers.

For payment plans, you agree to complete all scheduled payments regardless of whether you have completed or engaged with the program. Non-payment may result in loss of access to programs and additional collection efforts.

 

8. Refund Policy
8.1 Digital Products

Due to the instant-access nature of digital products (eBooks, journals, digital courses, and downloads), all digital product sales are final and non-refundable once access has been granted or the download has been made available.

8.2 Coaching & Healing Sessions
​

Prepaid single sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice will forfeit the session fee. Coaching packages are non-refundable once the first session has been completed. However, if circumstances arise, we will work with you in good faith to find an equitable resolution.

8.3 Physical Products
​

Physical products may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they arrive damaged or defective. Items must be unused and in original condition. Please contact us at the email below before initiating any return. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to our error.

8.4 Programs & Memberships
​

Monthly memberships may be cancelled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Multi-month programs are non-refundable after the first 7 days of enrollment.

 

9. Intellectual Property

All content on AGoddesslove.com — including but not limited to written content, programs, teachings, videos, graphics, logos, course materials, eBooks, journals, branding, and all associated intellectual property — is the exclusive property of AGoddess Love and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any content from this website without express written permission from AGoddess Love. Violation of these rights may result in legal action.

 

10. Community Standards

Violations of community standards may result in immediate removal without refund.
