How We Begin

Every session begins in sacred stillness.

Before we touch the work, we call forth the Divine Presence of God — the divine awareness already living within you — to move in me and to move in you.

​

I work through prayer and the guidance of the Holy Spirit, allowing each session to unfold according to what is ready to be seen, uncovered, cleared, and remembered. I am not the healer. God is the healer, moving through me. My role is to hold the space, guide you inward, move energy, and help you remember the power and Divinity that have always been within you.

What This Is

Remembrance Coaching is private, one-on-one coaching for the woman who is ready to stop circling her truth and begin living it — fully, deeply, and unapologetically.

This is not a fixed program. It is personal, soul-led support shaped around you, your pace, what is showing up in your life, and what your soul is asking you to see right now.

There is a difference between knowing your worth and actually living from it. Between understanding that you are Divine and feeling that power move through your body in real time.

 

That is what personal coaching does that nothing else can — you are the entire focus.

Together, we identify the internal blocks, subconscious beliefs, emotional patterns, conditioning, and layers of identity that have kept you stuck or disconnected from your authentic self. We begin uncovering and dissolving those layers so that the truth of who you are can come forward and your Divinity can shine through.

Our work moves through Unconditional Self-Love Activation, dissolving the patterns that taught you to abandon yourself and anchoring the love that was always yours to claim; Deep Emotional Activation, moving through the emotional layers that have kept you performing, shrinking, and repeating; and Divinity Remembrance, returning you to the sacred knowing that you were never broken, never lost, and never less than whole.

Through prayer, and as needed — Reiki, hypnotherapy, meditation, breathwork, and nervous system support — I also work with your seven-chakra system to help clear and balance your energy centers, bringing your spiritual, physical, mental, emotional, and financial bodies into greater alignment. As these layers come into alignment, we create space for your energy and consciousness to rise, supporting you in embodying more of your authentic, Divine nature and ascending into greater union with God.

The purpose is never to make you dependent on me. I give you practices and tools you can continue using at home so that you learn to recognize your own patterns, work with your own energy, listen to your body, trust the Divine guidance within you, and participate consciously in your own return to wholeness.

This is not therapy. This is not fixing. This is private, soul-level reclamation — guided, witnessed, and held.

You are not becoming a new woman. You are removing everything that covered her, remembering who she has always been, and learning to live as her.
